our process 

  1. Initial Consultation - Tell us what you want to design.​

  2. Site Discovery - We investigate what you can actually build base on local building codes.

  3. Start Design- Based on our discovery and your needs we start designing the home of your dreams. 

  4. Design Proposal - We meet for the first review of your design, make changes to the floor plans until it meets expectations. 

  5. Construction Documents- Only after your approval we move to final construction documents.
